Question Description
The aim of this chapter is to introduce the student to the important role of time as a driver of a competitive advantage. Certainly this is happening right before our eyes with COVID and the double digit growth in e-commerce.
Importantly the chapter discusses the need to equally identify and eliminate those logistics and supply chain activities that do not add value.
Please select either one of the two short case studies and answer the questions at the end of case description.
