Question Description
Using the My Fitness Pal www.myfitnesspal.com (Links to an external site.) students will complete a 3-day diet and physical activity log, then write a 1-page analysis comparing their 3-day nutrients, food groups and physical activity report to recommendations from www.choosemyplate.gov (Links to an external site.) and lecture. This assignment will be submitted on Canvas and must include the .pdf or .jpg of the nutrients report and physical activity report. Total: 100 points.
- Minimum 500 words (1-2 pages not including the reports).
