Albany State University Report on Insights of Leadership Interview Summary

• a summary of the interview conducted, including a description of the selected organization, background on the individual interviewed;
• a summary of the analysis of the nationally or internationally recognized leader;
• Literature review based on key features found in readings that related to both the interviewed leader and the nationally/ internationally recognized leader, readings, and discussions. It is expected that academic journals are utilized to complete this portion; and,
• Synopsis of findings (What was surprising, expected, noteworthy, inspiring, or important to you?)

Blackboard Assignment III will be graded based on the following:
