In the TEDTalk given by Sonia Shah explaining why we still have Malaria in the world, Sonia concludes:

“That’s not to say that Malaria is unconquerable? … Take for example in Europe and the United States.We have Malaria in those countries for hundreds of years, and we got rid of it completely – not because we attacked Malaria.We didn’t. We attacked bad roads and bad houses and bad drainage and lack of electricity and rural poverty. We attacked the malarious way of life, and by doing that, we slowly built Malaria out.”

2. Explain what it means to “build out disease”?Provide an example of a disease or health issue that could be built out of the environment and describe what would it take to accomplish this goal?(2 points)
