What did you learn about Authentic Leadership? Did you have a perspective shift when it comes to what Authentic Leadership is?

Tie in the Authentic Leadership Theories in the book & the ideas of vulnerability–> connection– > authenticity.

How can you apply Authentic Leadership in your life? Give at least 3 practical applications.
