Research and select three leadership theories. Explain how you will implement those theories in your leadership style. Be sure to include specific examples and articulate how each will help you manage in today’s changing and competitive landscape.

Recall a recent decision that you had difficulty making. How did you diagnose and solve the challenge? Were the consequences good, bad, or both? Should you, and could you, have done anything differently in making the decision? Based on what you have learned so far, what changes would you make and why?

Describe an experience that you have had with intercultural communication at work. What cultures were involved? Was there conflict? If so, what was it about? Were there communication difficulties? What role did perception and attribution play in your encounter? How could the situation have been improved? What were the most interesting and helpful aspects you read about in either our text and/or in the additional resources this week in terms of managing diversity?

You may already have a good understanding of your personal values and the role they play in your life. In an organization, personal values contribute to workplace attitudes and behavior. So, it is important to understand how the full range of potential human values affects our attitudes and behavior at work. Using the Problem-Solving Application Case:

what do you see as the major problem in this situation? What are your recommendations for solving the problem?
