I’m trying to study for my Business course and I need some help to understand this question.

Option #1: Collecting Qualitative and Quantitative Research Data

Assume that you will rely on both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis for your final research project (Gender Pay Inequality) .

Finally, synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs and illustrate effective and ethical decisions in regard to data collection.
