Assignment 3 Practicum Project Part III Grading Criteria

Students should submit a paper of at least 3 pages long double-spaced excluding title page and reference page. No more than 5 pages should be submitted. 30% of the grade will be deducted for not meeting the page requirement. Paper must be organized according to the guidelines below and should include all the identified sections as required. Paper must be completed in APA format and contain a minimum of 3 new current scholarly sources dated from 2015 until current. This assignment should include a title page and reference page.

What resources are needed, for example staff time, money, 1 equipment, space and so forth

Who are the key actors needed and end users? What are their 1 salient features in terms of expertise, experience, and commitment, innovativeness and so forth?
What organizational factors including administrative 1 support, structure and culture, could influence the success ofthe innovation or EBP?
