Help me study for my Communications class. I’m stuck and don’t understand.

The submission is in the discussion board, located in the box titled “Audience Analysis Activity.”
3) Read the following passage, and base your audience analysis answers on it: “Pretend you are scheduled to give an informative speech at a retirement home in Del Mar at 1pm on a Saturday. There will be 50 of them in your audience. Your speech topic is Generation Z (people born between 1996 and 2015), and it is 10 minutes long.”
4) In your submitted answers, please write 20 audience analysis assumptions you’d make about this audience. (Use last week’s class as a guide in terms of demographic information you’d write. For example: what mood do you think they’ll be in? What is their base level of knowledge regarding your topic? How educated are they? What race/ethnicity/culture are they? What religion? What are their values, beliefs, perceptions? What biases might they have about generation Z?)
5) That’s it. Write out 20 assumptions you’d make about this audience, and how you’d go about your speech to accommodate those preferences.
