View the Twitter feed of a large company/brand on Twitter. If you do not have a Twitter account, you can sign up for one for free or view the public Twitter feed of the company/brand you selected by visiting the home page of the brand/company’s Twitter page. For example, if you want to view the public Twitter feed for Thomas Edison State University, you would visit this link: http://twitter.com/tesu_edu.

Note: You can perform a quick Google search to find a particular brand/company’s Twitter page.

Evaluate if and how a company is successfully communicating their brand. Write a brief proposal (400 to 500 words) and explain how the company could use Twitter more effectively.

In your proposal, consider the following questions:

  • Is the company’s voice authentic?
  • How would you describe the brand’s Twitter voice—funny or serious—and why?
  • How does the company interact with followers?

Question 2 (600 words):

Choose a technological item to learn more about such as the iPhone, personal computer, Facebook, or any other technological item or software you use. Learn as much as you can about this item or software and write a 2- to 3-page summary (500 to 825 words) to explain its creation, history, and which company or companies currently own(s) this technology. Cite at least four sources using APA format
