Please download the Lesson Plan Template and create your lesson plan on Cooking /Nutrition, then submit it through canvas. You may use sample lesson plan for ideas and other resources/handouts posted on week-5 and week-8. Also please make sure to check with Lesson Plan Rubric and Self-Assessment Form before submitting your lesson plan.

• Lesson plan must be typed and be used the proper template.
