MGT 530 SEU Employees and Consultants in Change Management Discussion
Question Description
In most cases, those in senior management are the primary decision makers for organizational change. They often decide what to change, when to change, and why to change. However, some studies indicate that consultants and employees can have a considerable influence on the change management process as well.
- Discuss the contributions (both positive and negative) that consultants and employees in business in Saudi Arabia can bring to the change management process.
- Include ways in which senior management can effectively engage consultants and employees to collaboratively participate in the process.
- Finally, discuss how might the requirements of Saudi Vision 2030 affect these change management processes.
Embed course material concepts, principles, and theories, which require supporting citations along with two scholarly peer-reviewed references in supporting your answer.
You are required to reply to at least two peer discussion question post answers to this weekly discussion question and/or your instructor’s response to your posting. These post replies need to be substantial and constructive in nature. They should add to the content of the post and evaluate/analyze that post answer. Normal course dialogue doesn’t fulfill these two peer replies but is expected throughout the course. Answering all course questions is also required.
