Part 1:

In groups of 3 or 4(*), choose a topic to compare among 2 different countries. You should demonstrate to be able to find the relevant sources, apply the comparative method, describe the main features of the topic in each national legal system and compare them, pointing out similarities and differences. Summarize your research and findings in a power point presentation that must be uploaded on Blackboard within the specified deadline (**) and presented during a specific lesson (max 15 minutes) in the weeks after the submission deadline (**).

Part 2:

Attend the all the lessons in which the other groups present their power point and engage in the discussion, providing your feedback. (this is an essential part of the assignment and if you do not do it you grade will be affected).
