San Jose State University Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus Paper

The assigned literature article (Freitas et al., ACS Infectious Diseases 2020 6(8), 2099-2109) describes the catalytic activity of SARS-CoV-2 Protease, its similarities to other related proteases, its role in the viral replication cycle, and the effects that certain inhibitors have upon it.

The two images that you must summarize are Table 1 and Figure 5.

At the end of your summary, you must also include a few sentences about what you found the most interesting about the article and what you learned most from this assignment.

You may need to read sources that are cited throughout the paper and look at the supplementary data to fully understand this work. You MUST reference any outside sources that you use (even if you cite the textbook). Your reference page may be separate from the one-page limit.
