1. Go to https://www.jnj.com
2. At the left banner place your cursor on and click open “Investors”
3. Scroll down to the “Investor Relations” section and click open “SEC Filings”
4. In the Group Box select “Annual Filings”
5. In the Filing year box select “2020”
6. See the filing date of Feb 18, 2020 and open the 10-K
7. You now have the 10-K for the fiscal year 2019 from which you are to develop your paper.
