They will create a cleaned version of the data set selected and produce a variety of Excel analyses such as descriptive and analytical statistics, pivot tables, an Excel macro manipulating the data, and a group of illustrative charts constructed from the data. The submission for this assignment will include the raw data, an Excel workbook with the completed analysis, a .CSV file or .CSV files ready for another analyst to ingest into some other data processing tool, and a 10 page text discussing the nature of the data, the complications encountered while analyzing the data, and an interpretation of the meaning and importance of the data set for an interested outside audience.
