University of Colorado Denver Week 9 Plan and Change Process Discussion

Below things needs to be done/added on the previously prepared Document shell. I will share the same.

• Update the Key Assignment document title page with a new date and project name.
• Update the previously completed sections based on the instructor’s feedback.
• Create the following new section:
  • Project Communication Plan and Change Process
    • Create a Project Communication plan
    • Create a way to track project issues
    • Develop a Project Change Management process
    • Diagram and describe the vendor status update process.
