Turn in an algorithm that can be used to complete the Yahoo CSV Paper.Focus on Listing a sequence of steps that can be used to complete this project.
Paper requirements:
1.List the steps of the algorithm in the form of an outline (not paragraphs).
2.The algorithm will specifically state what data structure(s) will be used in order to store the contents of the file.
