Question Description
I was trying to build a regression model but it just wasn’t working out too well. I kept getting errors.
Basically, I need to determine whether mortgage transactions are high or low risk and then recommending which variables to look out for that affect risk the most.
What I have attached are additional instructions and definitions to the variables. I also attached my codes that I have been working on in the zip file.
