Write this assignment as you would an Introduction section of a peer-reviewed journal article.

The goal of this assignment is to help you practice your writing skills and clarify your own ideas about a public health subject of interest(MY TOPIC: Alcohol use in people 18-21). Using the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) topics that I provided in DQ #1, you will develop and state the significance of a research topic. For this subject of interest, it is not just one topic like physical activity, but what might influence or be related to physical activity from a public health perspective? An example from my own research interests(DO NOT USE) is the relationship between neighborhood crime and physical activity, particularly for children.

Review what is currently known and what is still being asked about your selected topic(Alcohol Use in people 18-21) in the scientific literature, including conflicting findings and gaps that may exist, and building an argument that will lead to a set of suggestions and recommendations for future research (i.e., build a case for your research question or aim). Summarize and synthesize the resources you find to inform your research question or aim. Build a story that answers so what? why study this?

The last sentence of your literature review should be your research question/aim.
